The star of this interactive cooking class is paella, a versatile dish that can be crafted with a range of ingredients. Chef John will teach you the secrets to cooking this classic — a perfect dish for festive occasions. You’ll also learn how to make other Spanish favorites, including several mouthwatering tapas: nutritious olive medley, Spanish cheese, Marcona almonds, savory seared Padron peppers, refreshing anchovies and enticing marinated artichokes. For dessert, you’ll prepare a delectable caramel custard.

Chef John was such an amazing host. We had a complication with our booking and Chef John helped us out and was able to work with us making our experience unforgettable. His cooking techniques and knowledge of Spanish food really set the tone for an experience we felt like brought us together even more. Highly recommend him! Great kitchen, great cook, fun times!
