This exciting cooking class will transport you to the French countryside, as Chef Anne teaches you the secrets to cooking delicious, elegant and simple French cuisine. For appetizers, you’ll make savory cheese pastries (gougères), followed by a warm, goat cheese salad. Chef Anne will then teach you how to prepare sole meunière: a lightly fried fish coated in butter, lemon, herbs and flour. For dessert, you’ll craft a mind-blowing chocolate mousse Chantilly. Wow!
