In this interactive cooking class, guests will incorporate ingredients from all over the world into a hearty, eclectic feast. Chef Sure’s innovative menu features old world dishes with international flair and unexpected flavor combinations. Start the meal with classics from the United Kingdom: savory meat pies and Scotch eggs with a habanero kick. The second course draws inspiration from Africa with fried rice and stewed chicken flavored with shrimp, gizzards and peppers. Finish the meal with a refreshing taste of the tropics, a fruit and yogurt parfait with grilled coconut and almond flakes.

I have been eating series of African and Western Cuisine prepared by her in the past one year. Clearly, I can say that they have the best food for clients with diverse taste and backgrounds. Their food is always fresh with right flavor. They deliver food that taste good and super delicious. They have amazingly and friendly employee who are always willing to help. Their prices are pocket friendly.
An experienced chef, caterer, and kitchen manager, Chef Suri blends West African and American cuisine for the perfect flavor. Her time teaching hospitality management and running two large restaurant kitchens gave her a passion for showing others how to balance meals with spices. Chef Suri has a YouTube cooking channel and is working on introducing her own African-fusion spice blends to the market. She is eager to share he knowledge with all aspiring chefs.
