Journey through Chef Jarrett's favorite Latin cuisine in this hands-on cooking class. From Miami to the cobblestone streets of San Juan, learn to make zesty, citrus-infused dishes with a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables, and recreate the dishes at home. Start with a refreshing Spanish salad, then handcraft a flavor-packed roasted mojo pork Havana roll. For your entrée, create chicken palomilla complete with citrus adobo, sazon and cumin. Finish with a brandy-infused no-bake strawberry cheesecake served in a glass.

Chef Jarrett showed me how to make a yummy and very colorful mexican street corn salad. He showed me how to fry queso blanco for the first time. The salad was savory and very colorful. This dish will be a perfect addition to my future taco nights! I can't wait to recreate this dish at home.
Chef Jarrett’s robust culinary career began with coveted internships at several high-end country clubs. He went on to cook at the Super Bowl in Phoenix, and catered for the Nationwide Golf Tour and Terry Bradshaw Roast.
