Led by Chef Kirk, you'll start this interactive handmade meal with fritters made with hearts of palm, bell peppers and spelt flour. Your entrée is an authentic jerk shrimp with a side of spinach and garlic-stuffed plantains. Dessert is a refreshing strawberry mango parfait with a scoop of cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
