In this cooking class, Chef Corey will teach you the simplicity of making homemade flatbread dough completely from scratch. Then, you'll top your flatbread with a flavorful homemade tomato sauce, seasonal accompaniments and the perfect sweetness of a balsamic reduction drizzle.

Our cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Corey did a great job with our class, my girlfriend and i are into a lot of food and the class taught us something we had been wanting to learn, which is making homemade noodles. It was a lot of fun and the setting, the brewery was really cool! The Brewery was conducting normal business so the atmosphere was unique. One thing I could recommend is try to figure out a way that the handles don't fall out of the noodle press constantly. All in all Corey did a great job and is a very talented Chef. I look forward to the advanced class, to learn more from the offering.
