You will start by making your dough from a base of potatoes, eggs, flour, salt and nutmeg for depth. Chef Corey will teach you how to boil your gnocchi until they're the perfect consistency. When ready, top your gnocchi with a garlic and basil-infused tomato sauce and Parmesan cheese shavings.
Our cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
