Boxed pasta has nothing on fresh pasta made from scratch. Learn how to make it yourself in this guided Italian cooking class with Chef Lorna.
She will show you how to create handmade pappardelle from start to finish, and you'll make your own creamy sauce to accompany the fresh noodles. The finished dish will be served with sautéed mushrooms, garlic and plenty of fresh basil, just like you would enjoy in Italy.
Our cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

Fun class, however the portions were very small. Was expecting to leave full but left hungry.
