Indulge in everyone's favorite Tex Mex comfort food, queso fundido, when you take this cooking class with Chef Kimberly.
She will teach you how to make your own queso from scratch, which you will zest up with chorizo and fresh cilantro. You will also fry your own homemade corn tortilla chips to accompany your dip. Finish the class by taste-testing the final creation.
Our cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

Currently a private chef and owner of a tour company that emphasizes culture and cuisine, Chef Kimberly is well versed in creating recipes and menus that reflect a multitude of flavor profiles. With a culinary arts educational background, she has held many roles focused around food, including as a chef educator in Boston crafting and teaching healthy recipes to staff in Boston public schools.
