Cooking Class: Homemade Pizza and Other Italian Classics

In this fun cooking class, you’ll learn how to make simple, delicious Italian food with bold, balanced flavors. Chef Matt will teach you how to prepare two kinds of pizza, a unique appetizer and a decadent dessert. You’ll first whip up a spread of tomato and burrata, paired with oranges, olives and almonds. Next, you’ll learn how to make pizza dough from scratch, topped with your choice of homemade pesto or red sauce. For dessert, Chef Matt will teach you how to create a silky chocolate mousse with rich coffee cream.

I highly recommend Chef Matt for cooking classes. He has a great deal of experience cooking and he is very friendly and fun to work with. His kitchen space is beautiful and perfect for a group. I really enjoyed working with Chef Matt and getting to know him!
