You'll learn how to create recipes such as butter chicken with basmati rice and Congolese-spiced chicken drumsticks with seasonal roasted vegetables. Dessert is a sweet and crumbly slice of halva with semolina durum wheat, milk, sugar and raisins.

Chef Mohit outdid himself with the moussaka! I can not say enough good things about the dessert either, not too heavy or sweet. Just the right thing to finish dinner off with.
