If you've ever wanted to learn about international cuisines and cooking techniques, Chef Mohit's hands-on cooking class will take you on a journey through the culinary landscape of India, Africa and Turkey. You'll learn how to create recipes such as butter chicken with basmati rice and Congolese-spiced chicken drumsticks with seasonal roasted vegetables. Dessert is a sweet and crumbly slice of halva with semolina durum wheat, milk, sugar and raisins.

Chef Mohit outdid himself with the moussaka! I can not say enough good things about the dessert either, not too heavy or sweet. Just the right thing to finish dinner off with.
Hailing from Fiji, Chef Mohit is a highly skilled chef. He cut his teeth on the island and worked there for several years before moving to Canada. Having studied cooking and hotel management, he specializes in customer-centric hospitality. He loves to create all sorts of dishes, but Caribbean, Thai and Greek fare made with fresh produce and seafood are Chef Mohit's specialties.
