Create an authentic Parisian bistro menu, with guidance from Chef Olivier.
Bistro cuisine can be complex and casual at the same time, and Chef Olivier is eager to teach you the proper technique to achieve the perfect balance in this hands-on cooking class.
You’ll learn traditional French techniques and kitchen skills necessary to prepare a selection of delicious dishes found in bistros throughout Paris. Start with a quiche Lorraine and petite salad dressed with an aged banyuls vinaigrette before advancing to braised short ribs that will melt in your mouth, served with Parisian gnocchi and roasted parsnips. And no bistro experience would be complete without a crackling crème brûlée to lend a touch of sweetness.
