Some beloved Italian-American dishes get a gourmet makeover in this exciting team building activity from Chef Teena! She'll lend her experience to lead your team through a culinary lesson that includes a fresh Caprese salad, creamy lemon chicken piccata and a rich risotto Milanese flavored with saffron. There's also a seasonal chef's dessert waiting at the end of your lesson. Your group will relish the flavors and the unique moments spent creating a wonderful meal together!
