Chef Daniel has created a roster of recipes that combine different cultures and culinary techniques. You'll begin with a crisp apple and celery salad with almonds and yogurt dressing. Next, you'll learn how to shake up the traditional holiday turkey by preparing tender turkey paillard topped with Marsala-based sauce. This is served with a side of Columbian-style coconut rice and red potatoes with cheese and red onions. Dessert is a chef's surprise.

This was such a great experience and Chef Daniel made it fun and interesting. I learned so much about cooking in general with different ingredients to being out the flavor! I would definitely do another class and highly recommend this one. The food was delicious!
