Cooking Class: Indian Paneer Cheese Meal

If you've ever wondered about the intricacies of Indian cheese-making, this is the cooking class for you. Chef Teena will show you how to make traditional paneer, an Indian cottage cheese, using techniques such as curdling and boiling milk to just the right temperature. Then, you'll incorporate it into a mattar paneer dish with curry and peas. Round out your meal with basmati rice and masala chai tea.
