Experience hands-on culinary training as Chef Drea teaches you how to prepare a classic Italian dinner. First, Chef Drea will teach you how to make light, crisp bruschetta with fresh tomatoes, basil, garlic and olive oil. Next, learn how to make a traditional Caesar salad with romaine hearts and a tangy citrus Caesar vinaigrette. For your main, enjoy soft homemade gnocchi with a rich sage butter sauce. Finally, satisfy your sweet tooth with a fluffy, spongy tiramisu with luscious heavy cream, mascarpone, ladyfingers and coffee filling.
