Chef Phoebe began her culinary journey early at only seven years old after growing up in a food-focused New England family. Her formal culinary education includes studying French cuisine at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and the Culinary Institute of America. After her schooling, she moved to the Bay Area and started her own personal chef service. Chef Phoebe has cooked for foreign leaders, international figures and even presidential candidates. She loves sharing her knowledge of food through her cooking classes.
