Take a trip to the Mediterranean in this hands-on cooking class as Chef Teena shares her expertise in using simple ingredients to create healthy vegetarian snacks and starters. Enjoy lavash chips with homemade hummus and refreshing tzatziki with Greek yogurt, cucumbers and mint. You can snack as you prepare savory spanakopita puffs filled with spinach, herbs and feta cheese and lentil soup with yellow and orange split lentils, tomatoes and spices.
