Chef Danushka is ready to take your group on a team building activity through the flavors and fragrances of Asian cuisine. You'll work together to master knife skills, get acquainted with spices and seasonings and learn how to plate your creations. Start with cucumber slices and rice crackers topped with spicy tuna and a salmon tartar. Next comes miso-glazed cod served on a scallion and sesame rice cake with bok choy. Dessert is a banana tempura with chocolate and caramel dipping sauce.

Chef Danushka was awesome! My fiancé and I really enjoyed her class. The apple pear rum cake is DELICIOUS and the ravioli was amazing. We have recommended this class to all our friends and we plan on booking another class in the future!

Chef Danushka graduated from Le Cordon Bleu and quickly rose to culinary excellence. An experienced instructor and private chef, she has worked for celebrities and high-profile clients across the country. Chef Danushka was a contestant on "Chopped," "Cutthroat Kitchen," "Comeback Kitchen" and "The Next Food Network Star." She won Food Network's "24 Hour Restaurant Battle," and she's ready to share her experience with her students.
