Cooking Class: Italian-American Fusion

Join Chef Megan in this hands-on cooking class to perfect the art of classic Italian cuisine. Master family favorites for your next dinner party using professional techniques and fresh ingredients. 


First, Chef Megan will prepare a refreshing kale Caesar salad topped with garlic, anchovies, lemon, olive oil and Parmesan. Next, you'll enjoy a zesty and tart shrimp scampi with garlic, lemon, white wine and parsley paired with a creamy and classic risotto with Arborio rice, onions, white wine and shrimp stock. For dessert, you'll dive into an iconic tiramisu layered with rich ingredients, including espresso, ladyfingers, mascarpone cheese, cocoa and rum.

Fabulous! We had an entire weekend of fun to celebrate a birthday, but the cooking class with Megan was the best thing we did. Highly recommend.

She has over ten years of professional cooking experience and has worked in culinary positions including chef, recipe developer and cooking class instructor. Currently, she hosts private cooking classes and works as a sous chef at a local gourmet food truck. In addition to these roles, Chef Megan is also working on her own cooking show.
