In this exciting and slightly competitive team building activity, you are your team will be tasked with overcoming unique culinary challenges. After dividing your group into teams, each team will have to work together to solve their unique black box challenge, with a focus on Italian food. Up first, teams will begin with a classic caprese salad. Then, they will be given a variety of ingredients to create signature meatballs. Lastly, everyone will enjoy a sweet and rich tiramisu dessert to celebrate their hard work, culinary creativity and team-bonding success.

Chef Kira is amazing! My sister and I had such a great time learning and cooking with her, she truly made the experience wonderful. You can feel her love and respect for the craft seep through when you're cooking. I learned so much. I can't wait to try it out on my own and try another class!

After being raised by a family of cooks and farmers, Chef Kira was inspired to pursue a career in food. Memories of making from-scratch hand pies with her grandmother, and farming with her grandfather urged her to submerge herself in the art of food, and learned the true value of flavor in kitchens across Europe and Morocco.
