Cooking Class: Pizza From Scratch

Pizza is one of the world's most popular and versatile meals. There are many great styles of pizza out there, but nothing rivals the comforting taste of a pizza made yourself. Learn how to cook your own personal pizzas in this guided cooking class with Chef Jan. 

She will teach you how to make your pizza dough from scratch using just flour, yeast, olive oil, salt and water. Then, top your pizza with all of your favorite ingredients, including marinara sauce, cheese, herbs, fresh vegetables and pepperoni.

Our cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
