In this in-person cooking class, Chef Luca will teach you how to prepare a four-course Italian seafood menu using fresh seafood, homemade pasta and traditional techniques. You'll start by mastering smoked salmon rolls with homemade ricotta and fresh herbs. Next is homemade tagliatelle pasta with lobster cream sauce and drunken scampi with cherry tomatoes, onions and rum. For dessert, you'll whip up a decadent chocolate mousse with a sweet drizzle of honey.
My husband and I had SO much fun with Chef Luca! The experience of learning to cook all the exciting dishes in a fun environment was unforgettable. Chef Luca’s personality will set you at ease right away and keep you laughing the whole night. On top of that, the food was wonderful! We can’t wait to try to recreate our dishes at home with friends! We will definitely be booking a lesson with Chef Luca again in the future.

Chef Luca was awesome! We had a great time learning some tips and tricks to making pasta that you won’t get in a normal pasta class. Would recommend to anyone looking to go for a date night or with a group of friends!

My boyfriend and I had so much fun learning to make pasta with Chef Luca! The space and environment he set up was fun, light hearted and full of laughs. He taught us to make a couple different dishes and all were excellent…one of the best pastas I’ve had in a long time! Chef Luca is very knowledgeable on the foods history and it was fun and interesting to learn about. We will definitely be coming back and bringing our friends!!

We had such a good time! Chef Luca made us feel so comfortable, we sampled a variety of dishes, practiced making pasta, had a great meal with an AMAZING homemade gelato dessert. We brought wine to enjoy with the meal as well. I absolutely recommend this class, great date night for out-of-towners like us!

What an amazing, unforgettable evening my beau and I had with Chef Luca for his Italian Seafood & Pasta dinner class! It was as though we had been transported to Parma, Italy itself! Every aspect of the class was meticulously planned out and incredibly easy to follow. Chef Luca was vibrant, passionate and incredibly charming.
We learned how to prepare fresh smoked salmon rolls with homemade ricotta (which is my new obsession), tagliatelle pasta with a lobster cream sauce and drunken scampi. For desert, we made the most delightful chocolate mousse with a tad of honey. Need I say more?
This class was more than a class, it was an experience of learning how to truly enjoy a meal, the Italian culture and its rich history and relationship with food. Chef Luca and his classes are an Atlanta treasure, conveniently tucked away in a Midtown loft. I look forward to returning and sharing this experience with family and friends. Bravo!
