In this in-person cooking class, Chef Luca will teach you how to prepare a four-course Italian seafood menu using fresh seafood, homemade pasta and traditional techniques. You'll start by mastering smoked salmon rolls with homemade ricotta and fresh herbs. Next is homemade tagliatelle pasta with lobster cream sauce and drunken scampi with cherry tomatoes, onions and rum. For dessert, you'll whip up a decadent chocolate mousse with a sweet drizzle of honey.

After honing his craft in Italy and Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, he relocated to Atlanta, where he found great success as a personal and private chef.
