You’ll assemble a bruschetta with handmade ricotta and prepare homemade tagliatelle ragù with a ground beef and tomato sauce, tagliatelle prosciutto di Parma with a tomato cream sauce and a beef filet with green pepper sauce. And a crema diplomatica with raspberry sauce closes down the lesson with a dessert that redefines decadence.

We had such a good time! Chef Luca made us feel so comfortable, we sampled a variety of dishes, practiced making pasta, had a great meal with an AMAZING homemade gelato dessert. We brought wine to enjoy with the meal as well. I absolutely recommend this class, great date night for out-of-towners like us!

Chef Luca was absolutely AMAZING! His energy, personality, and charisma are infectious! From start to finish, we were entertained and engaged! Chef Luca is highly knowledgeable and great at teaching the art of pasta making! We will definitely take another class with Chef!
