Cooking Class: Plant-Based Banquet

A lavish spread of plant-centered dishes is on the menu in this in-person cooking class, courtesy of Chef Theotis. You'll learn how delicious gourmet plant-forward eating can be. Begin with bruschetta made with vegan bread topped with chickpeas and sun-dried tomato pesto before preparing a bowl brimming with the flavors of Oaxaca, Mexico, including sweet potato, black beans, sweet peppers and cabbage slaw. Your lesson closes with a classic cheesecake and berry combo  totally vegan and totally tasty!
