Donuts are a sugared delight enjoyed in countries all over the world.  In this hands-on cooking experience, Chef Blu will teach you how to craft an enchanting international selection without leaving your kitchen! Begin by creating a classic: French beignets, delicate and pillowy and dusted with powdered sugar. Then, fry up an order of crisp Mexican churros and make a decadent chocolate sauce perfect for dipping them in. And rounding out the menu, Italian bombolini, puffed spheres of sugar-crusted dough filled with hazelnut spread.

Chef Blu was wonderful. It was just my wife and I that attended her class and it was a great experience. We did the Cajun cooking class and had some of the best food that we've ever tasted. Everything was organized and simple for us to understand — I wouldn't hesitate to book another class with Chef Blu and I highly recommend that you do too.
